What is Customized Shipping?
Customized Shipping is a different shipping method from online routes, it is available when there are no shipping options online for your items and customers have special requirements for the shipping route.
Our logistics expert will find available carriers according to your needs, then customize exclusive routes for you. The service fee is 20 CNY.
Note: The price and timeliness of the online routes are more advantageous, it is recommended that you choose the online route first.
How to use Customized Shipping service?

To assist you better, please fill out the form accordingly and in detail. Our shipping team will contact you within 1 working day after receiving your application.

How to submit your customized shipping route?
If you confirm to use customized shipping, please select the items you submitted for customized shipping service on the "Warehouse" page, and click "available" on the right.
Then you could see the available shipping routes, select "Customized shipping" and choose the verified DZ order to Ship.
How do I use Customized shipping if I don't have a computer and only have a mobile phone?
Customized shipping is not currently supported in the Pandabuy App, but you can use your mobile phone and search on the web: pandabuy, and then you can operate it like a computer to submit Customized shipping application
