To deposit using vouchers, you must first make sure the KYC information on your Pandar account is Level 2 or above. This is necessary to ensure your security and that of your funds. How to add funds
On the home screen, click on ‘wallet.’
Click on ‘Naira wallet.’
Select ‘Deposit’
Input the amount you wish to deposit
Select ‘Fund via voucher’ (Pandar will link you to our brand partner upon clicking this)
Select the amount you wish to purchase.
Kindly note that the minimum amount that can be funded is 1,000 naira.
Click on ‘Continue’
Input the necessary details - name, email address, Phone number, etc. Proceed to place your order.
After payment, kindly check your inputted email address, as we will send the purchased voucher to your email.
How to redeem a purchased voucher
On the home screen, click on ‘wallet.’
Click on ‘Naira wallet.’
Select ‘Deposit’
Input the amount you wish to deposit
Select ‘Load voucher pin.’
Enter voucher pin
Proceed to ‘Redeem voucher.’
