New Account Security Update: Blocking Unauthorized Access To Your Account

We added a new security feature to prevent unauthorized access to your Pandar account.

Hackers are getting more advanced every day, and we need to keep up with the latest security measures to protect your account.

If someone else tries to access your account using a different device, they won't be able to withdraw funds from your account for the next 24 hours.

This gives you enough time to change your password and report the situation to us before harm is done.

So how does it work?

When you receive an email that someone who isn’t you is trying to log in to your account from another device, quickly change your password and report this to us within 24 hours.

This new feature provides an extra layer of security and gives you peace of mind knowing that your funds are safe.

If you are changing to a new device, try to carry out all your withdrawals for the next 24 hours on your previous device so that the delay doesn’t affect you.

Here is an easy guide on how to change your password:

  1. Open your Pandar app.

  2. Click on “Forgot Password.”

  3. Enter your Email Address.

  4. Then click on "Recover Password."
