You may need to update your account details occasionally to ensure your information is accurate and up-to-date.

Because you were invited to join a Community, only your Community manager can change your email address. Everything else you can do directly in the app.

Go to the homescreen of the app to change your number plate. You see the ParkBee location and the name of your Community. Below you also see your number plate number. Press 'edit' to change your number plate number and save your changes.

To change any account details associated with your ParkBee subscription, you'll need to reach out to our support team. You can do this by sending an email to support@parkbee.com.

In your email, please include the email address associated with your ParkBee account and the specific details you'd like to update. For security purposes, we may request additional verification before making changes to your account.
