I want to delete my account

If you want to delete your Community account you will no longer be able to park at the ParkBee location of your Community. Once your account is deleted, and you change your mind you'll need to contact the manager of your Community to receive a new invitation.

  1. To delete your account, go to the Communities App and press on 'My Account'.

  2. There press on 'Delete Account'.

  3. You'll see a screen to confirm your choice, press 'Delete Account' to confirm.

If you tried to delete your account and got the error "your account is being used for multiple products", it means your email address is used for multiple ParkBee services. Please contact our customer support team to help with your request.
