Understanding ParkBee accounts

To make your parking experience easier, we now offer two types of accounts: one for bookings and another for subscriptions and tenants in the Communities app.

Here’s everything you need to know:

🅿️ Two types of ParkBee accounts

1. Booking Account

Designed for people who want to:

  • See their booking history

  • Experience a faster checkout with saved details

  • Quickly re-book locations

Create an account by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or via our website.

2. Communities Account

This account is for:

  • Individual parking subscriptions

  • Tenants and business subscription users in a community

Individual subscribers will receive an invitation to download the Communities app and create an account. Business subscription users and tenants are invited by their Community managers.

‼️ The accounts are not connected

Currently, the two types of accounts are not connected. This means:

  • Your booking history and account details in the ParkBee app are separate from those in the Communities app.

  • You will need to manage your bookings and subscription independently until we integrate these accounts in the future.

🚘 Parking without an account

While having an account can enhance your parking experience, you don't need an account to park with us. Enjoy our parking services without any commitment:

  • Receive confirmation via SMS and email

  • Access parking locations via the personal access page in the SMS and email

  • Start and stop parking sessions via the access page
