General
Parkn'Sleep's Host Referral Program "Program" allows users (campers and hosts) to earn money by referring other hosts to Parkn'Sleep. Program can be participated from any host and camper account. Users accept the general terms of use.
Procedure
Registered users (campers and hosts) can go to "Recommend host" in their account. There the contact details of the host can be entered. By submitting the form, the recommended host will receive a message indicating your recommendation. He will be asked to register and create a pitch advertisement.
The recommender does not need any further assistance or questions from the host during the referral process, Parkn'Sleep will take care of the further support. A host can only be recommended once.
All recommended hosts are listed in the overview with the current progress. As soon as a host has created a pitch and it is active for 90 days, the bonus will be paid automatically to the referrer's payout account. The following statuses are possible:
Open - Not yet registered as a host
Pending - host has registered, but has not yet created a pitch
Successful - host has registered a pitch, wait 90 days for payout
Ready for payout - Payout of the referral bonus to your account
Expired - no response to your referral after 180 days
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider Stripe-Connect.
Law and usage
You agree to only use your best efforts to approach potential hosts to encourage them to register and consequently create a pitch.
You agree to only recommend contacts that have been made on a personal basis. Commercial methods such as mass mailings or telephone canvassing are not permitted.
You agree to use the overview in the account only to track the progress of referred hosts. You must respect the privacy of referred hosts and comply with applicable laws.
You agree that you will not establish accounts, create offers, or prepare offer content on behalf of referred hosts, and that you will not be entitled to any payments if you violate these terms of the Host Referral Program.
It must be clear to the referred host at all times that the referring person is not employed by Parkn'Sleep, but is acting as a user under the referral program. All referred hosts must be new, first-time hosts. No payments will be made for referrals made by current or former Parkn'Sleep hosts, or for bookings made by family members or friends of the referred host, or for bookings where either the referred host or the referred host's listing has the same address as you.
Payouts
Payouts will be made once the referred host's first pitch has been active on the platform for 90 days. The payout will be made automatically to the payout account. Payouts under the program are subject to the terms and conditions of Parkn'Sleep.
The decision as to whether a payout is due is at the sole discretion of Parkn'Sleep. Parkn'Sleep reserves the right to take all possible measures in case of suspected fraud, tampering or other violations of the Terms of Use, including refusal to payout or termination of the account.
Changes
Parkn'Sleep reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update the Program at any time. By continuing to refer hosts, you agree to the new terms. If the modified terms are unacceptable to you, your only option is to discontinue use of the Program and terminate your participation in the Program.
Termination
Parkn'Sleep may terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason. The rights and obligations of the parties under these Terms will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
The Scout Program
Scouts are ambassadors who can promote Parkn'Sleep hosts and sustainably benefit from the referral program. An application is required for the scout program. Scouts go through an internal training program after a successful application process and then work closely with our team. Terms and conditions are covered in a separate document by application.
