Unlike Free Entries, Promo Funds allow you to choose how much to apply per contest, giving you more control over your entry amount.No Risk to Cash Funds:
When used, Promo Funds are deducted solely from your promo balance. Your deposited cash balance remains untouched.Priority Use Required:
If Promo Funds are available, they must be used before any cash funds.Non-Refundable (if used):
If the contest entry loses, the Promo Funds used are considered spent and will not be refunded.Winnings Paid in Cash:
If you win, your payout is credited as cash funds, which can be withdrawn (once withdrawal requirements are met) or used freely for future contests.Cancellation Policy:
Contests placed using Promo Funds cannot be canceled, even within the standard cancellation window.What Happens if a Contest is Canceled or Voided?
If a contest created using Promo Funds is canceled or voided, the used Promo Funds will be refunded to your account after the contest is officially settled. They can then be reused as long as they haven't expired.
Expiration Policy
Promo Funds are valid for 7 days from the time they’re credited.
Any unused promo balance will expire automatically after that period.
Where to View Promo Fund Balances
You can check your available Promo Funds, including amount and expiration date, on the My Settings page within the app or website.
How to Identify Promo Funds Entries
Contests using Promo Funds will have a Promo Entry indicator.
