Key Rules and Usage Guidelines
Fixed Value, Single Use:
Free Entries have a fixed dollar amount and can only be used for one contest. The contest's entry fee must exactly match the value of the Free Entry.No Risk to Cash Funds:
When you use a Free Entry, the amount is taken only from your promo balance. Your cash funds remain untouched.Priority Use:
If you have an active Free Entry, it must be used before your Promo Funds or cash balance.Non-Refundable (if used):
If your entry loses, the Free Entry is considered used and will not be returned.Winnings Paid as Promo Funds:
If you win, your payout will be credited as Promo Funds, which must be used in a separate contest before becoming eligible for withdrawal.Cancellation Policy:
Contests entered with a Free Entry cannot be canceled, even within the normal cancellation window.What Happens if a Contest is Canceled or Voided?
If a contest created using a Free Entry is canceled or voided, your Free Entry will be refunded to your account after the contest is officially settled and can be reused as long as it hasn’t expired.
Expiration Policy
Free Entries are valid for 7 days from the time they are issued.
If not used within that time, they will expire and cannot be restored.

You can check if you have an available Free Entry and see its value and expiration date by visiting the My Settings page on the app or website.
How to Identify Free Entry Contests
Contests using a Free Entry will have a Free Entry indicator.
