Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Withdrawals

For your security, ParlayPlay requires two-factor authentication (2FA) each time you request a withdrawal.

This ensures that only authorized users can complete withdrawal requests, reducing risks of unauthorized access or fraudulent transactions.

How Withdrawal Verification Works

  • A text message is sent to the phone number linked to your account at signup.

  • You’ll need to enter the code to confirm your withdrawal request.

This policy ensures heightened security by limiting access exclusively to the account holder's registered contact point.

If Your Phone Number Has Changed

If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your account, you’ll need to request an update.

This verification measure ensures that only verified users can manage or access withdrawal options, thereby enhancing overall account security.

Important rules:

  • Phone number changes can only be requested once.

  • Virtual numbers are not allowed on our platform.

  • Your account must be fully verified and have at least one successful deposit before a number change can be approved.

How to Update Your Phone Number

To update your number, you must provide:

  • Proof of ownership - A document showing your name and new phone number (e.g., phone bill, service provider online dashboard, or other official document)

  • A selfie holding your government-issued ID and a handwritten note with today’s date

  • A clear photo of your government-issued ID

If the new number is under a different name, we require:

  • Proof of ownership - A document showing the owner’s name and phone number

  • A selfie of the owner holding government-issued ID and a handwritten note with today’s date

  • The owner’s valid government-issued ID

✅ Once verified, your new phone number will replace the old one for all future withdrawal verifications.
