How Withdrawal Verification Works
A text message is sent to the phone number linked to your account at signup.
You’ll need to enter the code to confirm your withdrawal request.
If Your Phone Number Has Changed
If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your account, you’ll need to request an update.
Important rules:
Phone number changes can only be requested once.
Virtual numbers are not allowed on our platform.
Your account must be fully verified and have at least one successful deposit before a number change can be approved.
How to Update Your Phone Number
To update your number, you must provide:
Proof of ownership - A document showing your name and new phone number (e.g., phone bill, service provider online dashboard, or other official document)
A selfie holding your government-issued ID and a handwritten note with today’s date
A clear photo of your government-issued ID
If the new number is under a different name, we require:
Proof of ownership - A document showing the owner’s name and phone number
A selfie of the owner holding government-issued ID and a handwritten note with today’s date
The owner’s valid government-issued ID
