Responsible Play

ParlayPlay is committed to ensuring that you participate in a safe and responsible manner.

Like many other addictions, compulsive play includes uncontrollable urges which, if left unchecked, could result in financial hardship. Anyone is susceptible to compulsive play regardless of age, gender, race, or financial status.

Once detected, compulsive play can be successfully treated. The key is early detection in order to avoid adverse and dire consequences.

If you feel you have a compulsive play problem, we urge you to seek assistance. We offer proactive tools and support to help you manage your play responsibly. In addition, we will:

  • Provide information to promote responsible play

  • Offer assistance and resources on our website

  • Monitor and update our responsible play pages with new information as necessary

ParlayPlay provides players with detailed information about their play and usage of the platform, including:

  • Total entries made

  • Detailed entry information (e.g., athlete lineups)

  • Deposits and withdrawals history

  • Once the limit is reached, you cannot deposit until the time period resets.

  • State requirements may apply. For example, Massachusetts residents cannot deposit more than $1,000 in any calendar month.

Contest Entry Limits

  • Set limits on the number of contest entries within a daily, weekly, or monthly period.

  • Once the limit is reached, no further entries can be made until the time period resets.

Maximum Entry Amount

  • Set a cap on the total dollar amount you may use for contest entries per week or month.

  • Once reached, you cannot enter additional paid contests until the limit resets.

  • ParlayPlay verifies all accounts for age and eligibility.
