Responsible Play

At ParlayPlay, we are committed to creating a safe and responsible environment for all players. While fantasy sports are designed to be a fun and engaging form of entertainment, we also recognize that for some individuals, play can become harmful if it turns compulsive.

Compulsive play, like other addictions, can involve uncontrollable urges that may lead to financial, social, or emotional difficulties. It can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. The key to prevention is early detection and access to resources.

Our Commitment

To help promote healthy play, ParlayPlay provides:

  • Educational resources on our Responsible Play page.

  • Customer support assistance for questions about setting limits or managing gameplay.

  • Ongoing updates to our responsible play materials, based on best practices and player needs.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a voluntary and confidential option that allows players to take a break from ParlayPlay for a set period of time.

How to Request Self-Exclusion:

Once a self-exclusion is activated:

  • Your account will be disabled immediately.

  • You will be unable to log in, deposit funds, enter contests, or receive promotional offers.

  • The restriction will remain in place for the entire selected period and cannot be lifted early.

Arizona-Specific Options

In line with Arizona Department of Gaming regulations, Arizona residents may request self-exclusion for the following durations:

  • 1 year

  • 5 years

  • 10 years
