If your team maintains inventory data in Parspec, turn on Autocomplete to get instant in-stock model number suggestions as you type — saving time and reducing manual entry errors.
| 1. Turn on Auto-Complete in User Preferences |
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon and go to My Profile > Preferences.
Toggle on Auto-complete model number for inventory items.
Note: This setting only applies if your team has inventory data maintained within Parspec. If you don't see suggestions, confirm inventory is set up with your admin. |
| 2. Enter in Model Number to See Suggestions |
In the Pricing & Lead Time tab, enter the Manufacturer on a line item.
Start typing in the Model Number field.
A dropdown will appear showing all in-stock matches by model number or ERP ID, including pricing info.
Select the correct item from the dropdown to auto-populate the line.
Tip: You only need to type a few characters to trigger the dropdown — the more you type, the more refined the suggestions become. |
