| 1.Click Adjust Pages in the Document |
From the annotation screen, click Adjust Pages in the upper right corner.
A window will appear showing all pages in the datasheet.
| 2. Select or Unselect Pages |
Choose the method that works fastest for you:
A. Click to select or deselect — click individual page thumbnails to toggle them on or off.
B. Enter a page range — type in the specific page numbers you want to include and click Confirm.
Tip: Use the page range entry when you need to keep a large block of pages — it's faster than clicking each thumbnail individually. |
| 3. Confirm and Review |
Click Confirm to apply your page selection.
The left-hand page panel will update to show only the included pages.
The Adjust Pages button will display a notation indicating pages have been hidden.
Note: Hidden pages are excluded from the compiled submittal only — the original datasheet file is not modified. You can always return to Adjust Pages to restore any hidden pages. |
