Permission sets give admins more flexibility to control exactly what each user can access — beyond the standard Admin and User roles. You can configure view, edit, and delete access for different areas of the app.

1.Create a New Permission Set

1. Click the gear icon in the bottom left to open Account Settings.

2. Select User Management from the left navigation.

3. Click into the Permissions tab.

4. Click Create Permission Set.

5. Enter a Permission Set Name.

2.Configure Access Levels

1. For each section of the app, set the appropriate access level:

A. View — read-only access; the user can see but not change anything.

B. Edit — the user can make changes within that area.

C. Delete — the user can remove records or content in that area.

2. Repeat for each access category shown.

3. Click Save to create the permission set.

Note: Only admins can create and assign permission sets. Once saved, a permission set can be assigned to users from the User Management section.

Tip: Use descriptive names for your permission sets (e.g., "Read-Only Ops", "Quoter – No Delete") so it's easy to assign the right one when inviting new users.
