1. View "My Profile"
Once in Settings click into My Profile, then Preferences and scroll down to View your Email Preferences
2. Connect Outlook
Click Connect to sign in with your Microsoft login and set your Email Template to display your default messaging and email signature
💡Tip: You can toggle on "Include PDF Attachment" to include the select document created
💡Tip: You can toggle on "Auto-populate the Outside Sales Email in CC Field" to automatically pull in the email contact assigned per customer namer
| 2. Send Documents via Email |
3. When Viewing Quotes or Submittals, select Share Via Email
Click Share via Email when viewing your final document then confirm the email recipients, cc recepients, subject and email messaging look correct
💡Tip: You can edit that email template to add in any other text. Make sure to confirm the PDF is attached or the Shareable link is included!

4. When Viewing the Documents tab Click on Email Log
5. Confirm emails sent by BOM
