Import Multiple Documents with the New Add Data Button

As of November 2nd, Import Products is now called Add Data. This is the first phase of an improved import workflow, and it lets you upload several documents at once or pull line items from an existing Parspec BOM.

1. Open Add Data

  1. Click Add Data in the orange action buttons, where Import Products used to be.

  2. Select Add Line Items.

2. Upload your documents

  1. Upload one or more files from your computer, or select them from Project Files.

  2. Use any of these formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV, PDF, Agile XML, O2O.

Tip: You can add several documents in a single upload. You no longer need to import them one at a time.

3. Import from an existing BOM (optional)

  1. Click BOM.

  2. Select the project from the dropdown on the right.

  3. Choose the BOM you want to import into your current BOM.
