First things first, you'll need to access your Stripe dashboard. There are two ways to do this:
Method 1: Through the Partner Dashboard
Log in to Bounce Partner Portal: Start by logging in to your account on the Bounce Partner Portal.
Go to Earnings: Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Earnings" section.
Payout Details: In the "Earnings" section, you’ll find the "Payout details" option.
Visit Stripe Dashboard: Click on "Visit Stripe Dashboard" to view your detailed earnings and payout information.
Method 2: Directly Through Stripe
If you prefer, you can access your payout details directly through Stripe:
Visit Stripe Website: Go to the Stripe website.
Log in with Your Credentials: Use your Stripe login credentials to access your account.
Once you're in your Stripe dashboard, follow these steps to update your bank account information:
From the Stripe dashboard menu, click on the Settings icon and go to ’Business Settings’. Depending on the country your Stripe account is based in you will need to click on External Payout Accounts and Scheduling or Bank accounts and currencies.
Click on the three dots next to the bank account you would like to update.
Click 'Edit Bank Account'.
Provide the new bank account information.
Click 'Edit Account' to update.
And that's it! Your bank details in Stripe are now updated and ready to go.
