Bounce provides a Partner app where you can manage your Bounce reservations and earnings, as well as open or close your store. Closing your store on Bounce will ensure customers can no longer book luggage storage services, avoiding later cancellation issues and poor store ratings. You can also update your store hours, making sure customers can only drop off their bags when you are at your store.
Closing your Store
Log in to your Partner app.
Go to Stores.
Select the store you'd like to manage.
Scroll down to the Opening Hours section and tap to expand.
Tap on "Close store for today".
Note: If you close a store for a day, the store will automatically open the next day.
Changing your Opening Hours
Log in to your Partner app.
Go to Stores.
Select the store you'd like to change the hours from.
Scroll down to the Opening Hours section and tap to expand.
Tap "Change hours".
Note: These opening hours will be reflected on the Bounce app, so customers can choose stores that are open according to their desired drop-off and pickup time.
Adding Store Hour/Day Exceptions
You can add exceptions to your store hours in your Partner app. When you do so, you avoid cancellations from customers who find your store unexpectedly closed.
Select the store you’d like to change the hours from.
Scroll down to the Special Hours section.
Add new exceptions. You can either close your store or change store hours for a specific day.
