Don't panic.
If this is your first time using the app then its important to know whether you are a business user as part of a fleet or if you are working with a Paua partner.
Individual users
Paua works with a number of partners to bring public charigng solutions to individuals. You will need to gain access to this solution via one of these channels to enable your access. You will also need to sign up, often with a credit card and a unique identifier such as an order number or customer number.
If you are still having problems and can't get access; try a password reset and use the new password you recieve. Do this by clicking "Forgot Password?"
Business users
If you are a business user with a fleet please don't try to register. Your business needs to register first.
If you are a completely new user and not registered with a fleet then your business needs to become a Paua customer.
If you are a business user and your business is a Paua customer then your next best step is to check you have your password to hand. Your fleet manager will have sent an email with your password. Cut and paste this into the password field. We reccomend this to avoid typo's.
If your business has already registered you then click "Forgot password?" for a password reset.
Other problems
Do also check you are operating the latest software on your mobile phone in accordance with the Driver Handbook
