On the Sponsorships Dashboard in your Paved advertiser account, the status column provides crucial information about each of your Paved Marketplace campaigns.
Sponsorship Status Definitions for Advertisers
Status | What it Means |
Requested | 🔴 Requested
You have requested a sponsorship. Now, we're waiting for the publisher to respond to the request. They'll either accept your sponsorship or suggest new dates. |
Creative | 🔵 Creative
The publisher accepted your sponsorship date, and it's time to upload creative assets for the ad. |
Payment | ⚫ Payment
The advertiser has submitted the creative, and the ad payment is due. |
Awaiting Draft | 🔵 Awaiting Draft
The advertiser's payment has been accepted. Now, we are waiting for the publisher to download the creative, add it to their newsletter, and send a final draft. |
Approval | 🔵 Approval
The publisher has submitted a final draft for approval. As the advertiser, you should approve the draft or request changes. |
Scheduled | 🟡 Scheduled
After the draft is approved, the publisher will schedule the send. |
Sent | 🟢 Sent
The campaign is sent. Now, the advertiser should see incoming results, leads, and traffic. Results are located in your account under Sponsorships > Sent Campaigns > View > Reporting. |
Canceled | ⚫ Canceled
This status appears if the campaign was canceled by either the advertiser or publisher. |
