You only need one clear, well-lit photo to start a Paw Prints portrait. A photo from your phone is fine; a professional photo shoot is not necessary.
Choose a photo with clear details
Pick a photo where your pet is in focus and easy to see.
Look for even lighting that shows the eyes, face, and fur markings.
Avoid heavy filters, motion blur, deep shadows, or objects covering the face.
For a portrait of one pet, choose a photo where that pet is the clear subject.
Use the original image when possible instead of a small screenshot or heavily compressed copy.
These are tips for improving the result, not a guarantee that the generated portrait will match every detail.
Upload your photo
Choose your style on the Order page, then open Upload your pet's photo. Select the upload area to browse your device, or drag a photo into it. Upload one image at a time.
Use a JPG, PNG, HEIC, or WebP image under 20 MB. If a photo is rejected, try exporting it as JPG or PNG and uploading that copy.
Replace a photo
Select Change photo, then choose your new image. This clears the current portrait preview so you can generate from the replacement. To inspect the uploaded photo before generating, select its preview to enlarge it.
