How do I temporarily pause my Pawy subscription?

Not ready for your next delivery yet? You have three ways to manage your plan without losing your subscription.

Option 1 : Change your next delivery date

The quickest option. Log in at www.pawy.ch/members, go to the overview page, and click the calendar icon on your upcoming order. Pick any future date from the date picker, your next delivery will be rescheduled instantly.

Option 2 : Suspend your subscription

Want to stop deliveries for an indefinite period and reactivate only when you're ready?

  1. Go to My Plan

  2. Click the Active toggle on your pet's profile card, it turns red and shows Suspended

  3. Complete the short questionnaire

  4. Choose Cancel subscription only (if you have a pending order you still want delivered), or Cancel subscription and pending order to stop everything immediately

Your subscription stays suspended until you decide to come back. To reactivate, click the red toggle, it switches back to Active and you'll be asked to select your next delivery date.

Option 3 : Place a one-time order instead
