Please note: If your next delivery is scheduled within the next 3 days, it can no longer be modified. You can still cancel your subscription to stop all future deliveries after that one.
How to cancel
Log in to your Pawy account at www.pawy.ch/members
Go to My Plan
On your pet's profile card, click the Active toggle in the top right corner, it will turn red and show Suspended
Complete the short questionnaire (select any reason that applies)
If you have a confirmed order with us, you'll be prompted with two options
Cancel subscription only: your pending order will still be prepared and delivered as planned.
Cancel subscription and pending order: your subscription is cancelled and the pending order is cancelled at the same time.
Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime.
When your subscription is cancelled, the toggle on your pet's profile shows red (Suspended).
To reactivate, simply click the toggle again. It switches back to "Active" and you will be asked to selecte the date of your next delivery.
Not ready to commit to regular deliveries? You can order on a one-time basis as needed instead. Placing punctual orders.
