Our fresh meals are delivered across Switzerland by our logistics partner, Planzer, using CO2 emission-free trains. A lightweight vehicle then picks up your meals directly from the train station to your doorstep.
The meals are packaged in sustainable, insulated packages designed to maintain a temperature below 4 C° for up to 48 hours, ensuring your meals stay fresh. There should be no concern if your package patiently awaits your return home.
On the evening before your delivery day, you will receive a Track & Trace SMS (by default) linked to your registered phone number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your meals en route to you.
