How conversations reach your AI Inbox
When Gable is turned on for your website, homeowners can ask it questions about your community. Gable answers using the community documents you've given it, such as your bylaws or CC&Rs.
If Gable's answer doesn't fully cover what the homeowner needs, they can select Get more help, enter their name and email, and send you a message. That message, along with the rest of the conversation, appears in your AI Inbox in PayHOA.
Note: You can see every conversation homeowners have with Gable, but you'll only see who the homeowner is if they submit their name and email when asking for more help.
Open your AI Inbox
Log in to PayHOA and open your AI Inbox. A dot appears when there are new messages you haven't looked at yet.
Conversations are separated into sections:
Needs reply: homeowners who asked for more help and are waiting on a response.
Resolved: conversations you've marked as resolved.
Archived: conversations you're completely done with.
Review and reply to a conversation
Click a conversation to open it. You'll see what the homeowner asked, how Gable responded, and any message the homeowner left for you.
Write your reply. Your response is sent to the homeowner by email.
After sending, mark the conversation Resolved. It moves to the Resolved section.
Archive conversations
When you're completely done with a conversation, archive it. Archived conversations no longer appear in your main inbox, but you can always find them again in the Archived section.
Tip: If you see homeowners asking the same question often, consider adding a document that answers it to Gable from Other Tools > AI Chatbot. See How to Set Up Gable, Your AI Chatbot, on Website Builder.
