The following method to recover your username or password is NOT for users who sign in directly on their Payer's website.
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can recover it via a link on the PaymentHub login screen. See Figure 1.
Important Note: If you forgot your password, but enter the wrong username, you will not receive an email. Exactuals recommends using Forgot Username first, then clicking on Forgot Password.

Enter your username, and click on Send Reset Instructions.
Wait for an email from paymenthubsupport@cnb.com, then return to the log in screen.
PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS
Passwords can only be reset once every 24-hours
Passwords will be changed every 60-days
