Forgot Your Username and/or Password?

What to do when you forget your login information

The following method to recover your username or password is NOT for users who sign in directly on their Payer's website.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can recover it via a link on the PaymentHub login screen. See Figure 1.

Important Note: If you forgot your password, but enter the wrong username, you will not receive an email. Exactuals recommends using Forgot Username first, then clicking on Forgot Password.

FORGOT USERNAME

  1. Enter your email address and click Send Username.

FORGOT PASSWORD

  1. Enter your username, and click on Send Reset Instructions.

PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS

Please note that browser suggested passwords are not recommended and may cause a login error.

  • Passwords can only be reset once every 24-hours

  • Passwords will be changed every 60-days

  • Accounts will be locked after 5 failed login attempts
