The following method to recover your username or password is NOT for users who sign in directly on their Payor's website.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can recover it via a link on the PaymentHub login screen. See Figure 1.

Important: If you forgot your password, but enter the wrong username, you will not receive an email. Exactuals recommends using Forgot Username first, then clicking on Forgot Password.

Enter your email address and click Send Username.

Wait for an email from support@exactuals.com and return to the log in screen.

To recover your password, enter your username, and click on SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS. Wait for an email from support@exactuals.com, then return to the log in screen.
