PaymentHub will send automated emails when statements and/or money is on the way to you. The email will come from paymenthubsupport@cnb.com.
If you feel like you're missing emails, check in your junk/spam folders. We also recommend adding paymenthubsupport@cnb.com to your address book and also adding the email as a safe sender.
We cannot guarantee delivery of emails as they may be blocked by email exchanges (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) for various reasons, including your mailbox being full or otherwise not accepting automated third party emails if the above steps have not been followed.
