How to approve/unapprove timesheets

Learn how to approve/unapprove timesheets in Payroller with our simple guide below.

Step 1: Go to ‘Timesheet’.

Step 2: Click the ‘Check Mark’ icon to approve a specific employee’s timesheet.

Choose the ‘X mark’ icon if you wish to discard it.

Note: Discarded timesheets can be found under the ‘Discarded’ tab on the page.

Step 3: To approve all employee timesheets at once, click ‘Approve All’.

You can unapprove a previously approved timesheet by clicking the three dots on the right side of the entry and selecting ‘Unapprove’.

Once all timesheets are approved, the ‘Approve All’ button will be greyed out.
