Learn where to find the Kiosk PIN on Payroller with our simple guide below.
The Kiosk PIN is used in the Payroller Kiosk app for employees to clock in and out of their shifts.
Step 1: Go to ‘People’.
Note: This can also be found under ‘Roster’.
Step 2: Click the three dots next to the employee’s name and select ‘Employment details’.
Note: If you're making changes from the ‘Roster’ section, please select ‘Edit Employee’.
Step 3: Under the ‘Personal’ section, you will see ‘Kiosk PIN’.
If no PIN has been generated yet, the only available option will be to ‘Generate a PIN’.
If a PIN has already been generated for the employee, you will have the options to ‘Generate a new PIN’ or ‘Send PIN to employee’.
Upon clicking ‘Send PIN to employee’, an email containing the Kiosk PIN will be sent to the employee.
