Learn how toset up the Payroller Attendance Kiosk in Timesheets and Roster on Payroller with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Download the Payroller Attendance Kiosk app.
Step 2: Enter the email address linked to your account and your password.
Step 3: Tap ‘Login’.
Step 4: Tap ‘+ Add New Location’.
Note: You can toggle on 'Email PINs to employees of selected location'. Employee PINs can also be sent from the employer web app.
Step 5: Enter the ‘Location Name’.
Step 6: Type the ‘Location Address’ in the search bar. You can add more locations if needed.
Step 7: Tap ‘Save’. This will take you back to the ‘Set up your kiosk’ screen.
Step 8: Select your preferred location.
Step 9: Tap ‘Complete Setup’.
Step 10: Tap ‘Enable’ to allow tracking of workplace clock-in and clock-out locations.
Step 11: The 4-digit Master PIN will appear. Tap ‘Continue to Kiosk’ to go to the main login page.
Step 12: Enter the Master PIN to log in.
