Learn how to remove team members from the Payroller Agent portal

Learn how to remove team members from the Payroller Agent portal with our simple guide below.

There are two versions of Payroller


Version 1: Old version

Step 1: Select ‘Settings’.

Step 2: Select ‘Team Members’.

Step 3: Select the ‘trash icon’ next to the team member you wish to delete.

Step 4: Select ‘Yes’ to delete this member.

Your team member has now been deleted.


Version 2: New version

Step 1: Go to your Agent’s Profile located in the upper left corner of your agent portal.

Step 2: Select ‘Settings’.

Step 3: Select ‘Team management’ tab.

Here, your current team members will be listed.

Step 4: Click the ‘three dots’ next to the team member you wish to delete.

Step 5: Select the ‘Delete’ option.

Step 6: A pop-up will appear. Click the ‘Delete’ button if you are sure to delete the selected team member.
