Learn how to add a team member to your Payroller Agent account

Learn how to add a team member to your Payroller Agent account with our simple guide below.

There are two versions of Payroller


Version 1: Old version

Step 1: Go to the ‘Settings’ section in the left-hand column in the Agent Portal.

Step 2: Select the ‘Team Members’ heading.

Here, your current team members will be listed.

Step 3: To send an invitation, fill out your colleague's email and press ‘Send’.

The status of the invitation will show as Pending.

Step 4: You’ll have to ask your colleague to check their inbox and click on the ‘Accept Invitation’ button on the email that was sent.

If your colleague doesn't receive the email in their inbox, ask them to check their junk or spam folders. If it isn't in either of them, contact our support team who'll help them get this sorted.

Step 5: They will be asked to set up their password.

Step 6: Once they enter and confirm their password, they will have to click ‘Submit’.

Step 7: They will be asked to log in to their account as a team member once the password has been set.

They can now see your linked clients under the Agent Portal.

They will appear as Active in your Team Members list once they have successfully accepted the invitation.


Version 2: New version

Step 1: Go to your Agent’s Profile located in the upper left corner of your agent portal.

Step 2: Select ‘Settings’.

Step 3: Select ‘Team management’ tab.

Here, your current team members will be listed.

Step 4: To send an invitation, fill out your colleague's email and pressInvite’.

The status of the invitation will show as Pending.

Step 5: You’ll have to ask your team member to check their inbox and click on the ‘Accept Invitation’ button on the email that was sent.

If your colleague doesn't receive the email in their inbox, ask them to check their junk or spam folders. If it isn't in either of them, contact our support team who'll help them get this sorted. If you need to remove any team members, please follow this guide.
