Learn how to enter Family and domestic violence leave (FDVL) using our simple guide below.

Step 1: Select ‘+ New Pay run’.

Step 2: Review the dates and select ‘Let’s Start!’.

Step 3: Click ‘More’.

Step 4: Select ‘Family and domestic violence leave’.

Step 5: Enter the number of hours without removing them from ordinary hours.

If Ordinary work hours are 0, add the number of hours for FDVL here, just like with annual and sick leave.

Step 6: Once done, select ‘Next’.

Step 7: Save the pay run.

Step 8: Submit the pay run to the ATO.

FDVL won’t appear on the payslips but will show as Ordinary hours.

This payment however will show in the Activity summary report.

Currently, FDVL accrual is not tracked on Payroller. If you'd like to see this feature, please let us know on our feature request board.
