I Didn’t Receive My One-Time Code

If you’re not getting the one-time code (OTP) to log in, check these steps:

1. Did you click the account confirmation email?

  • If you haven’t confirmed your email yet, you won’t receive an OTP.

  • Search for a confirmation email from no-reply@pdf.co and click the link to activate your account.

2. If your account is already confirmed:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Search your inbox for emails from no-reply@pdf.co.

  • Wait a few minutes—sometimes emails are delayed.

  • Avoid trying to log in multiple times in a row—it may cancel earlier codes.

Still Not Getting It?

  • Confirm you’re using the correct email address.

  • Try logging in with a different browser or in private/incognito mode.

Make sure your email system isn’t blocking no-reply@pdf.co (e.g., corporate firewall).
