I Didn’t Receive My One-Time Code

If you’re not getting the one-time code (OTP) to log in, check these steps:

1. Check account activation

If you haven't confirmed your email yet, search for a confirmation email from no-reply@pdf.co and click the activation link first.

2. Check your email

  • Look in your spam/junk folder

  • Search for emails from no-reply@pdf.co

  • Mark as "Not Spam" if found

3. Common fixes

  • Give it a few minutes - email delivery can be slow

  • Avoid clicking "Send Code" repeatedly - this can cancel previous codes

  • Try incognito/private mode

  • Double-check your email address for typos

4. Email blocking issues

  • Corporate email users: Ask IT to whitelist PDF.co in your email server

  • Personal filters: Check if you have rules blocking emails
