Can I Appoint Another User to Manage My PDF.co Account?

PDF.co does not currently support multi-user access, team roles, or sub-accounts. However, you have two options to grant someone else access to your account:​

Option 1: Share Your API Key

If the person needs temporary or limited access, you can share your API key with them. For added security, consider regenerating your API key once the contract or purpose has ended.

Option 2: Change the Account Email

To transfer full control of your account to another user, you can change the email address associated with your PDF.co account:​

  1. Log in to your PDF.co account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings.

  3. Update the email address to the new user's email.

  4. The new user will receive a confirmation email to verify the change.​

Please note that the new user must verify the email change before it takes effect. ​

Important Considerations

  • Security: Sharing your API key grants full access to your account's functionalities. Only share it with trusted individuals.

  • Billing Information: If you need to update the billing email address separately, please contact support for assistance
