Can I Set Up Multiple Accounts for My Agency or Clients?

PDF.co does not currently offer a built-in agency or sub-account feature. However, you can manage multiple accounts manually.

What You Can Do

  • Create a separate PDF.co account for each client, brand, or project

  • Each account will have its own:

    • API key

    • Credit balance

    • Billing history

NOTE: Each account must use a unique email address. Logins, credits, and API usage remain isolated between accounts.

Common Use Cases

  • Agencies managing multiple client projects

  • Teams keeping dev/staging/production usage separate

  • Departments that need their own billing or automation workflows
