In Peak Strength, you have the ability to replace and switch out exercises within your workout.
Note: If you want to replace an exercise, make sure to replace it before starting your workout or before logging the first set. Otherwise, you will not be able to replace the exercise after completing any sets.
To replace an exercise in your workout:
Click into the workout from your daily dashboard. You may also replace exercises in a started workout, as long as you have not logged any sets yet.
2. Select the exercise you want to replace from the workout overview.
3. Select “Replace exercise” from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
4. Choose the exercise you want to do instead of the prescribed exercise.
5. Confirm the new exercise selection to replace the original exercise.
Note: Use the “remember replacement” toggle if you want Peak Strength to remember this change for the rest of the training cycle. Only use this option if you are sure you don't want to perform this exercise again for a while
