If you experience any bugs or issues while using the Peak Strength app, the best way to report a problem is through the “Report an issue” function via your account settings.
To report a problem to the Peak Strength team, follow these steps:
1.Open your account settings in the top left corner of your daily dashboard.
2.Select “Report an issue” from the navigation menu.
3.Describe in detail the issue or problem you are facing within the text box.
4.Click “Submit” at the bottom of your screen.
Note: the Peak Strength team will usually respond within 48 hours of your report to provide an answer, update, or response to gather additional information. Response times may vary based on the volume of user reports.
