If you run into a bug or issue, the best way to report it is through the "Report an issue" feature. There are two places to submit a report — using the right one helps the team diagnose the problem faster.
If the issue is with a specific workout, report it from that workout. If it's more general, report it from your Profile.
To report an issue with a specific workout
Tap the workout from the Training Dashboard.
2. Tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap "Report issue."
4. Describe the issue in the text box.
5. Tap "Submit."
To report a general issue from your Profile
Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap "Report an issue."
3. Describe the issue in detail in the text box.
4. Tap "Submit."
Note: the Peak Strength team typically responds within 48 hours with an answer, an update, or follow-up questions. Response times may vary based on volume.
