Peak Strength abides by the Sport Depth training system created by international-level strength coach, Dane Miller.

The Sport Depth system categorizes sports into different segments based on the primary physical adaptations needed for competition.

Not all sports will include speed and endurance workouts. Below is a list of all the programs that include speed and endurance workouts in the app.

Note: If you select a program that does not include speed or endurance work, you can add cardio or speed workouts to your program with bonus workouts.
