How to access and add bonus workouts to my training plan.

Instructions on how to access the bonus workouts and add them to the daily training schedule.

With the 2025 April update to Peak Strength, you now have the ability to add workouts to your daily schedule. You can see all the bonus workouts available to add to your training plan here:

To add a new workout to your daily schedule, start by clicking the “Add Workout” button under your current workouts.

Select the workout or workout type you want to do from the For You, Addons, or Bonus Workouts section.

If you selected a workout from the Addons or Bonus Workout section, select the specific workout you would like to complete.

You can then start the workout immediately or add the workout to your current training day.

If you selected "Add to today", the bonus workout will then appear at the bottom of the of your daily training dashboard.

To start the workout, click into the bonus workout and select “Start Workout” whenever you are ready to complete it.
