If you have dumbbells selected in your equipment settings, most of your Peak Strength workouts will include dumbbell exercises.

When Peak Strength recommends weights for dumbbell exercises, the weight recommendation is referring to the weight of EACH dumbbell rather than the total weight of dumbbells together.

The weight recommendation will specify the load + “each” for the exercise. For example, for DB bench press - if the recommendation is 20 lbs, this means using 20 lbs dumbbells instead of two 10 lbs dumbbells.
