During the onboarding process, you will be asked to select your experience level when creating your first program.

The experience level you select will help determine the difficulty of exercises and weight recommendations that you will receive. Below is a description on the recommended training history to select each experience level.

Beginner: Recommended for athletes that are completely new or have less than 6 months of strength training experience. Also recommended for youth athletes under 12 years old.

Intermediate: Recommended for athletes that have at least 6 months of strength training experience and are at least 12 years old.

Advanced: Recommended for athletes that have at least 2 years of strength training experience and are familiar with olympic style lifts. High school varsity and college athletes often fall in this range along with post-collegiate athletes.

Elite: Recommended for athletes that have at least 5 years of strength training experience and are proficient in the Olympic lifts. These athletes are most likely at the collegiate and post-collegiate stage.
