Peak Strength allows you to choose training goals for 39 sport specifications, 20 general training goals, and 3 tactical readiness fields.
Within the training goals, you can find an option to focus on improving your vertical jump.
To access the vertical jump training program, you will need to rebuild your program or start by selecting the “train for a goal” selection if you are new to the app.
Select the Explosiveness path.
Select the Vertical Jump option.
Then complete the rest of the questionnaire and you will receive a personalized program for vertical jump.
