Peak Strength allows you to choose training goals for 39 sport specifications, 20 general training goals, and 3 tactical readiness fields.
Within the training goals, you can find an option to focus on improving your speed and agility.
To access the various speed training programs, you will need to rebuild your program or start by selecting the “train for a goal” selection if you are new to the app.
Select the Speed path.
Select from one of the speed program options that aligns with your training goal.
NOTE: If you want a program with only speed work and minimal strength training, select the Speed and Agility or Speed and Endurance training goal.
Then complete the rest of the questionnaire and you will receive a personalized program for speed training.
