You can change your Experience Level at any time without rebuilding your Training Plan. Your Experience Level helps determine how many days a week you train and the difficulty of the exercises you're prescribed.
Tap the cog on the Training Dashboard.
2. Tap "Edit" in the top right corner.
3. Tap "Edit experience level."
4. Select your new Experience Level.
Your Training Plan will adjust to your updated Experience Level.
