In Peak Strength, you can make a few adjustments to your program without resetting your progress. One of those adjustments is your experience level.
Your experience level will help determine how many days a week you receive workouts and the difficulty of exercises you receive.
To adjust your experience level, start by heading to your account settings.
Select Program from the options list.
Click edit in the top right corner of your screen
Select “Edit experience level” from the pop up menu.
Select your desired experience level.
Your program should be adjusted and your experience level has now been updated.
