How do I change my workout days?

How to adjust the days you receive workouts each week.

You can change your workout days at any time by going through the rebuild flow and updating your Training Days.

Note: rebuilding a Training Cycle cannot be undone. Your workouts and phase graph will update to the new plan. All completed workouts and data from your previous cycle are saved, and you can view them by scrolling back on your calendar.

  1. Tap the cog on the Training Dashboard.

2. Tap "Edit" in the top right corner.

3. Tap "Rebuild my training plan."

4. Review the warning and tap "Continue" to confirm you want to rebuild.

5. From the Rebuild menu, tap the "Training Days" box.

6. Select your new training days, then tap "Done."

7. You'll return to the Rebuild menu to review your changes. Continue to the Training Plan summary when you're ready.

8. Review your new Training Plan summary, then tap "Start Training Cycle" to build your plan.

Your workouts will now be scheduled on the days you selected.
