In Peak Strength, you can make a few adjustments to your training plan when rebuilding it.
One of the adjustments you can make is to the days you receive workouts.
Note: Changing your training days will force you to rebuild your training plan and you will lose the progress from your current plan.
To adjust the days of the week you receive workouts, start by heading to your account settings.
Select "Training Plan" from the options list.
Click “Edit” in the top right corner.
Select “Rebuild my training plan” from the slide-up menu.
You will then receive a warning screen confirming that you will be rebuilding your entire training plan. Click "Continue" if you are looking to build a new plan.
After confirming your decision to reset your training plan, you will have multiple options or things to change in your training plan such as your experience level, training preference, peak date or season start/end dates, and training days.
To change the preference of your plan, select to edit the "Training Days" box.
You will then have the option to select new or adjust your current training days.
Click “Done” at the bottom of the screen when you are satisfied with your training days.
If all other settings are correct for the training cycle, click "Next" at the bottom of the selection screen.
To finalize your program, select "Start training cycle" at the bottom of the screen.
Now you will only receive workouts on the days you have selected.
