How do I remove a workout from my Training Dashboard?

How to remove a workout from your weekly schedule.

  1. Tap into the workout you want to remove from the Training Dashboard.

2. Tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner.

3. Tap "Remove Workout."

4. Tap "Yes, remove workout" to confirm.

Getting the workout back

Removed workouts don't disappear, they move to the For You section of the Add Workout screen, since they're program workouts that are no longer on your calendar for this week.

To re-add the workout:

  1. On the Training Dashboard, tap "Add Workout."

2. Find the workout under For You, then tap "Start Workout" to begin it right away or "Add to today" to add it back to your schedule.
