To remove a workout from your daily dashboard, start by clicking into the workout you would like to remove.
Select the three dots in the top right of the Workout Overview screen.
Select “Remove Workout” from the selection screen that slides up.
To confirm the removal of your workout, click “Yes, remove workout” from the slide up menu.
The workout will be able to be added back into your workout by using the “+ workout” button on your daily training dashboard.
Removed workouts will now appear in the “For you” section of the bonus workout library.
After selecting the removed workout, you start it immediately or add it to your current training day.
